How to organize the campaign in your area

Organize a meeting with your friends or colleagues and discuss the campaign details, and how you can implement the campaign in your own way:

•  Set up TAPs for Peace booths in strategic locations where the public may get, sign, and submit their participation forms (suggested areas include malls or popular shopping centers, schools, churches, city halls); volunteer to assist in looking after the booths, or

•  Introduce the campaign during your organizational meetings or assemblies, distribute participation forms to your members and constituencies, and collect them afterwards.

•  Submit collected participation forms every day or every week to your Area Core Group coordinators and MCW commissioners whose names and contact info are listed below. In the absence of ACGs and commissioners in your area, fill up tally sheets and submit them to the MCW Secretariat.

•  Organize common time, venue, and activity for sharing your minutes of peace.
